Is this compatible with nec univerge voip phone?

Can't speak to NEC, but works fine on a Cisco VOIP phone. I hook it up using a cord to the Cisco unit and BT to my iPhone.

Can this product handle multiple lines?

I use this with a Cisco VPN system which handles multiple lines, but I'm not sure if you can pair the headset to multiple devices simultaneously.
