I thought it's supposed to support back but I got back pain

Very sub-standered product. Finishing is extremely poor. Also very uncomfortable. As there is no return option, except replace, I have to throw this to garbage. Total wastage of money. Never expected such poor quality product from Amazon.

Used it for my mother who is a patient. So if you need recliner on the bed this is a great product. Only thing is that it needs to be placed against the headboard of the bed. Cannot be used to be kept in the middle of the bed as it is very lightweight. Otherwise extremely good product.
