I decided to try these these cable clips to keep them from dragging on the ground. They work well. I really appreciate the texture... It's a smooth flexible rubber so it's easy to insert and remove the cable. Only thing is that you must choose wisely where you mount them because sticky backed foam wont allow them to be remounted... and I'm guessing you'll have some work ahead of you to remove the left over adhesive if you do want to change locations.
