This is a GREAT product. I used to use a 'real' frozen lemon juice and it is no longer available. This stuff is GREAT. I do not drink anything sweet, so it's great that this is sugar free. It dissolves immediately into cold water. I drink water all day and this helps. Love the flavor of lemon in my water all day long. I drink more that way! AND it TASTES just like I've squeezed a lemon wedge into it. It also mixes well into cocktails if that is why you are buying it. Check out the lime and orange and even the variety pack of the three. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for such a great tasting product. I'm on my second order!

If you are a water drinker that needs a little lemon to add a little flavor, this is it. Convenient to travel with so you can refill your cups, and flavor up a water bottle while on the go. No problems with it dissolving quickly.

Amazingly good. Perfect for drinks or especially on seafood. They worked hard on this product and it shows. No weird or chemical tastes like some other products. I don’t really love that it comes in single packets, thin, hard to get contents out, but it’s as concentrated as fresh lemon juice. Superb when one wants to use lemon to highlight flavors such as on salmon.

These are great to use for adding a bit of lemon flavor to tea or water without adding more liquid to you drink. I enjoy adding them to other drinks as well. I add them to any fruit juices I drink that have a too sweet flavor. These packs add just enough tart to cut down a too sweet fruit refresher without having to keep lemon juice in the fridge. They are also so easy to carry with you when you are on the go. That way you always have a bit of fresh tart flavor to add to any drinks on the go. They are made of high quality Ingredients and I have used half this box already and they have not had any issue with the consistency or any issues with the powder clumping or anything from being carried around in a bag. You also get 100 which is a great quantity for the price.

I love these True Lemon packets -- and the lime and orange ones, too! AT first, I bought them just to add to plain water, but I have advanced to many other uses. Here's what I like most: --Sugar-free/big flavor: no artificial sweeteners or weird ingredients (see photo), zero calories, but add a lot of flavor. --Convenient packaging, so I can carry a few around in my bag. --Versatile: I have added packets to plain water, seltzer (leave room for things to bubble up before settling), hot tea, iced tea, baked items, frostings, unsweetened/plain greek yogurt, soups, and more! --For cooking and baking, these add natural flavor without adding liquid, which is especially helpful for frostings, yogurt, finicky recipes. --I LOVE citrus and these make it easy and convenient for me to punch up flavors without using alcohol-based extracts (though I sometimes use them in tandem with extracts) and when I do not have fresh zest on hand or I don't want zest pieces in the finished product. --When I get bored with plain water, these help me drink more. --These jazz up plain club soda or seltzer with a more intense flavor than regular seltzers -- think Bubbly or Spindrift, but overall less expensive. A few things that could be better: --These dissolve fairly easily, but if you add to plain cold water, they need a few minutes to dissolve completely or a vigorous shake or stir. --Sometimes, such as when I am getting down to the end of a package of 100 packs, the crystals can get a bit clumpy; I just massage a package to make it more powdery again.

I keep these on hand all the time—they’re an easy way to add lemon flavor to water without using fresh lemons. I like to keep in my car and work bag! The taste is pretty close to real lemon, but not exactly the same. I like them for convenience, especially when I’m on the go or don’t have lemons at home.

I love this stuff. I am a heavy water drinker and use these at least twice a day in water. It has such versatility that I also use it on salads, chicken and tuna. The flavor is like squeezing a fresh lemon. It is sugar free and low calorie but I do add sugar on occasion and enjoy it as lemonade. I garden a lot and am certain it adds electrolytes to my system which allows me to withstand the Florida heat. Highly recommend.

I use these bad boys daily to add a nice lemony zing to my drinks. Just one does the trick and totally transforms any beverage. They're great with just water, and phenomenal in a glass of cola. 1 packet is equivalent to one wedge, but I find the lemony taste is more potent in these - perfect for me, because I love lemons. Great value for money as I'm not going through a ton of lemons now! I must say, the smell of the packet is not super pleasant upon opening but once mixed into a drink, smells lovely and fresh. As a bonus, I hear these will help prevent kidney stones (never want one of those again!) so they're good for your health!
