I don't know what happened to reviewing the packaging but WORST ever. I'm shocked its not completely broken. The box which I planned to keep the parts I wasn't using since there is no carry bag or anything is crushed beyond knowing it's a box. They sent it in a barely padded envelope. The controller was all scratched up from being shipped like that by the other pieces. As far as actual use of the product the whole reason I wanted it was for the joystick. Neither one lines up right with my screen on my Note 8. The long one far to long and the short one not short enough. And the main game I use it for doesn't have editable buttons. Also I've now noticed the pictures for the product are not the same that they posted. The joystick position is different in several photos including the video. I think this is a knock off. So over all I like having the grip of a gaming controller and that's the only positive. The phone doesn't sit all the way into the controller there is a gap where it should slid all the way in even if I push it down and hold it tightly it just doesn't go. The joystick lines up kinda I just always start running the wrong way before I can straighten because the short one is still to long, out which is just great in the middle of a battle...and the triggers seemed totally fine and usable but I don't currently have games to use them for and they also dont have a logo printed on them like some photos. Not happy with the buy overall.

Surprisingly a great controller for pubg mobile. Built quality for the price is pretty great. The triggers are the best part for sure, they require a little force but are responsive each time that I click. The controller with the thumb pad is also nice and fits my S7 edge without issue. As the video shows, you can easily get the upper hand in every match. I would give this one a try if you are looking for a reliable controller.

This is super dope. Really great for racing games and shooters. As someone who plays console games, being able have the feel of a normal controller definitely changed my gaming experience. I do recommend getting a carrying case as I can’t use my phone case with this product and it does come with multiple pieces. But definitely a must have for phone gamers.

Right trigger dead on arrival. The design of trigger is these super thin metal pieces, they were even connecting as this one clearly didn't go through any quality control.The analog assist pads are useless as they don't accurately track on phone. Better to not use them.The ONLY thing that worked we're the gamepad grips, although I could charge phone, I couldn't use headphone jack as it was covered. I have Samsung s8

I love this product. It gives you full use of your screen and makes your phone feel like a proper controller. The attachable triggers are the best part of this package. They can be freely moved around and will stay put after you lock them in place. You shouldn't have to worry at all about scratching or damaging your phone as long as your gentle. The analog stick attachment is good because you get two of them but it is a bit hard to put on. Make sure to rock it back and forth with a firm amount of pressure. The materials of the controller handle itself do seem a bit cheap but for the price, it's definitely passable. Overall a 4/5 and I would recommend it.

So the grip felt super cheap, but I loved the feel of the triggers!There was extra plastic hanging off of the grip and it was super uncomfortable to use due to the plastic digging into my palms.The coil in the grip broke within the first week of purchase and at the same time the triggers started to malfunction (triggers were easily fixed). A couple of days later AKA 10 days since date delivered one of the triggers broke altogether and have been unfixable...No matter how much I liked the feel of the triggers I will definitely not purchase again due to how fragile they are...

This product is worst thing I've ever bought. First to begin with it seems like a refurbished item as shown in the photos. The keypad sticks everytime I rotate it. The triggers aren't smooth when I press them, which tells me this item is refurbished.

This worked great on my Samsung S9+ and now my Samsung S10+. I love this trigger controller. I use it all the time for PUBG, Brawl Stars, and COD: Mobile.
