Coating falls off
It looks good but over time the coating on the hose starts to flake off and gets all over you and your shower.

Faulty design lifts up the shower head and leaks!
When the water turns on, the shower head raises and leaks at the connection. The lock is tightened all the way down but still slides up. I am afraid that the unit will separate and damage my tub or break the shower glass door. It is a nice unit but unsure how to resolve this issue. If the seller cannot resolve, I will need to return and go with another unit.

Quality was better than I thought it would be. No problems with assembly. I’m using it in an outdoor situation and the installation needed ie. plumbing some tweaks. All Happy with this product.
