Not that these need another 5 star review but I am SHOCKED at how effective these are, in such a short amount of time. I feel like a different person. My moods have lifted and evened out, sleeping through the night, s*x drive is back, and my energy is through the roof. I only was having hot flashes once in a while, but I have not had any since being on these. I feel like myself again. Look, I don’t know what’s in these, I don’t know if it’s placebo, but I DON’T CARE EITHER! I have my life back and don’t feel hijacked by my hormones. Give them a shot, they are natural and not too expensive after all so you haven’t got much to lose and a ton to gain. These will be on auto-ship for me as far as I’m concerned.

I’m 43 and perimenopause is here to stay apparently. At first it was brain fog, I can’t think of the word I want and just sat there going “um” and “uh” and “you know what I’m saying?” I can’t deal with that. But these hot flashes having me feeling like I’m crawling out of my skin. Not too bad during the day, mostly that feeling where your face is about to start sweating and everything is feeling sticky. But the night time has been unbearable. If I’m on my back, my entire backside is drenched. From the back of my head, all the way down to my heels. If I’m on my side, the entire side facing the mattress is drenched. I have started buying those disposable pads that you buy for incontinence and while it’s very inconvenient to sleep on essentially a large puppy pad, it does a great job absorbing the sweat. However, the waterproof plastic backing makes the sweating worse. Anyways, sorry I’m rambling, please excuse me, I’m a mess lol. The pills have been a god send though! I’m only a couple weeks into taking them so no improvement with brain fog or restless feeling but big time with the hot flashes. It was almost immediately for me within a 24-48 hours. My bed is now puppy pad free!! Worth the money just for that alone but I will update this in a few months to report back any long time progress

I was very skeptical of this product, but my hot flashes were getting ridiculously severe so I needed to try something. I didn't want to try anything hormone based, because I want my body to go through what it needs to do naturally. This product started working for me just shy of two weeks. I am still getting a hot flash now and then, but the severity is hugely reduced and so is the duration. My sleep has improved, and it's also helped with my dryness (IYKYK!). If you're suffering from very hot flashes I definitely recommend giving this a try! Now my only thought is... How long do I need to keep taking it?

These worked almost immediately and for the next 4 months perfectly for the night sweats and horrible hot flashes. I'm on my 5th month, 1 week into the 5th pack and my hot flashes are returning. The packaging has been the same so I'm not sure why they became in-effective, I'll finish off the 5th month to see if maybe something else is causing it.

I was suffering with hot flashes like I was sitting in the bowels of hell next to Beelzebub himself. There were days they were coming every hour on the hour. Horrible stop you in your tracks, full body internal heat waves. Insomnia, body aches, hot flashes. I had the whole lottery of menopause. Some reviews said it took up to 28 days to see any progress or relief. 2 weeks, it took 2 weeks for me. My husband noticed right away. He said your mood is better. I'm not drenching the bed in sweat. I'm not tossing and turning all night. My hot flashes are super noticabley milder. I'm into my 2nd order of 28 pills. Will definitely be keeping the supply coming. UPDATE:. I will be going into my 3rd month on Estroven. There have been no changes in hot flashes. Still get a few very mild ones that last seconds. I haven't had the courage to stop taking the Estroven to see if the menopause symptoms come back as another reviewer did. UPDATE:. It just stopped working. Hot flashes are back. Still taking it. Don't know why it seemed to work and now it doesn't. After months of relief and now sol.

Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I don’t care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. Love this product it truly works

It definitely works for me. I feel much better overall after taking it. I did not finish a pack yet (28 pills), but improvement is there for sure. I sleep better, night flushes are gone and overall feel calmer, energy level is higher.
