This is a pretty good eye mask. The silk does make the eye mask very soft and breathable. The elastic strap is better than most eye masks. It is not velcro! The strap is adjustable. This eye mask is very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that it lets in too much light around the nose. But all in all it is a good eye mask. I received this product at a discount to provide an unbiased and honest review.

This is a must have for any mother. I actually bought it for camping but wanted to try it out over Mothers Day weekend. It did a great job. I used the mask for my afternoon Mothers Day naps with no issues. Kept the light out and made me think it was night, I could have sleep all day. Super silky and comfortable. I also used the ear plugs to drown out my kids for a better rest while their father was playing with them. What a lovely product! I'm a day-sleeper and have experimented with sleep masks off and on for years. Most have tugged and pulled at my hair as I moved around during sleep. But this mask, so incredibly smooth and possessing only one slick slider on the back elastic, stayed in place AND didn't result in knotted hair when brushing it out after wearing this mask. I'm really thrilled with this aspect of HamFire's Eyelash Sleeping Mask.For me, though, the purpose of a sleep mask is to block enough light to allow me to trick my brain into accepting the cool, darkened rooms of my home as a substitute for the true dark of night. On occasion a bit of light seeps through at the very bottom of the mask. However, I can report with great satisfaction that, mostly, this mask blocked the offensive daylight almost completely.Almost as important to me is the weight of a sleeping mask and the material of which it is made. The mask is nearly weightless once it's been adjusted properly. I like to keep the elastic strap just over my ears and in that way, too, this mask won me over. I've definitely had sleep masks wherein the elastic straps were quite uncomfortable after my day's sleep. But not his winner because the silk from which the mask is made is whisper-soft and light. Honestly, once properly adjusted, I barely felt it on my face.I've got some concern around washing this mask. I'm not there, yet, though and so will see how that works once I do arrive at that point. I know I'll need to hand wash it and then loop it over a hanger in my bathroom to allow it to dry. The pink eyelashes are a light-hearted touch but can see that without them this mask might have been usable for twice the time before it needed to be laundered. Such is a minor inconvenience for me.Just to be clear, I received this product at a deeply discounted price in exchange for my honest review. This sleep mask by HamFire Eyelashes is a must if you have trouble sleeping or sleep during the day. I wanted to use it several times prior to reviewing the product. It is made of a really nice silk so I don’t get hot when I use it. It is super lightweight and is hypo-allergenic. The elastic is adjustable and durable, so it is comfortably snug. I have not had one instance where I fell off during my sleep. It also fits nicely on my face and over the bridge of my nose without putting pressure or blocking my nose. To wash my mask I just washed it in my bathroom sink and let it hang dry so it was ready by the time I went back to bed.So now for the benefits of an eye mask. A good eye mask will is one of the best tools that can be used to overcome sleep problems and obtain restful relaxing sleep. A sleep mask is non habit forming unlike using sleep aids. When your brain senses pure darkness, it causes the production of melatonin, the chemical of sleep. This is so cute! Love the lashes on this. I got this for my niece to take to sleepovers with her/for pajama day at school and she loves it! Can't get enough of it. She asked me if we could get one for her best friends birthday as well. Cuteness aside, it is very well made. The material is very nice. Comfortable to wear. I liked that it was a little larger than some standard sleeping masks I have seen. I did purchase this item for a discounted rate in exchange for my review; however, my reviews are always 100% honest, with all my own thoughts and opinions.

It's great! I have no qualms about it. The only thing is, I wish it had little pads under the eyes so that some of the light wouldn't come in as much. But otherwise, it's great!
