These attach easily to the refrigerator and are easy to clean. They are legible and have enough information for daily use without having to research much further.

These are great! They are magnets so they go right on the front of my fridge for easy access. They show portion sizes in tablespoons and cups instead of in grams - which is easier for this American girl! The meats are listed in ounces but that is easy enough to figure out. The different colors help me to know exactly which one to go to for the serving size, protein, net carbs and fat amounts - so I can keep within my macros. Excellent little helps for the KETO lifestyle. I am very pleased!!

I love these cheat sheet magnets, because they're very helpful, handy, easy to read and to use. In case of keto diet I would have liked more accuracy in the description of the kind of fats in each kind of food.

I was expecting something a little larger, but the exact dimensions ARE right in the description, and because they are smaller, they aren't obnoxious either (a plus). There aren't many foods listed on each one (14), but the foods listed are common items my family would be eating, and the print is large enough a magnifying glass isnt' needed to read them. I really like that it lists what a serving size actually is, as well as the protein and fat grams, PLUS the NET CARBS, not just the carbs! The have a plastic coating and I can actually write on them (underline, circle, star). Yes, I would recommend them to others.

The keto diet is a commitment and these magnets are so helpful! My husband is on keto as well and he's a typical male. Just does the bare minimum but these are so informative at a quick glance for him! Great product! I love the size, color and love that they're right on the refrigerator!

These are the very best of ALL the others...KISS...KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID. I HAVE BOUGHT ALL THE OTHERS...first you dont need them on the fridge...mine is Stainless Steele anyway and no magnet works! These are ez to have next to scale at home and I have another set to have in my purse to help me mentally do my restrant order when not home. These have the BASIC and MOST USED foods. These remind me what I NEED to be eating. I dont use any of the others I've purchased before these. AND THESE ARE PRINDER DARKER AND BIGGER making them so much more USER FRIENDLY. My new best friends!
