14-Inch Digital Photo Frame (Black), Hi-Resolution, Various Transitional Effects, Slide Show,Interval time Adjustable, Plug in a SD Card or Flash Drive to Access and Display Your Photos - Local Stock

This was perfect! The screen is bigger than I imagined and the picture quality is fantastic. It was virtually plug & play. I haven't used the music feature yet, but excited to try it.

Pros: Large Screen Ability to plug in a USB drive to upload photos Cons: Screen resolution is poor quality, no matter how I adjust the screen settings Remote control is not accessible-- black text over black buttons making it difficult to read what is what Remote control doesn't even work properly, sending screen into screenmode when I prompt it to go to system settings System settings don't function correctly - specifically when I request it to play slides for a limited amount of time. Stretches and squshes photos when I ask it to go into "fullscreen" mode so that there are no black bars (other digital picture frames scale up the image and dont stretch it--- then allow you to adjust placement. This specific unit only stretches and doesn't give you any control beyond that.)

This product did everything it advertised. The problem was I found it to be low quality and hard to use. Some of the features are hard to find. I would have kept it despite that, but after a week I noticed that it was restarting every 10 mins. I couldn't get ahold of the company to find out how to fix it so I returned it

I love the picture frame. It was a gift for my friend who plays the slide show of her wedding over and over. Quality is excellent, the use and access is easy. Music uploaded smoothly and she can enjoy her wedding day with the background music . Love it!

So far I am very pleased with this frame. I purchased it to use a s a field viewer for my game cameras. I have a 100 outlet in my truck and an inverter in my Kubota buggy so power is not an issue. This is one of the few digital frames that I found that allows you to scroll through the pics with the remote. That way I do not have to wait for the "slide show" to run through each pic. Very good definition and is bright enough for me to view outside.

My husband deer hunts and puts out cameras...he wanted something large to view the SD cards...so I bought this for him to use....He Loves It....I wish I had gotten him this years ago. Great product.

First off, Amazon only gives the reviewer a choice of 5 stars to choose from. If i could i would have picked a negative 5 Star instead of a 1 Star rating. We purchased this Photo Frame as a picture album gift for my grandfather who is 90 years of age and living 600 miles away. Poor Operating System: The POS doesn't allow users to download picture files from a USB flash-drive. SUNGALE, the manufacture instructions has steps to make such a download BUT it WILL NOT copy files from a Flash-drive to internal memory. FRAUD: I called SUNGALE's Tech support and spoke with Antonio, informed him of the issue that I couldn't download picture files to the memory of a Digital Photo Frame. He called me back in 30 mins, told me he tried to do the same thing and had the same results as i did. Told me he would talk to other Techs about a software patch to fix the problem, then call me back in 24 hours. I gave him my cell number and he called me back in 23 hours. Antonio told me he was sorry and that SUNGALE had no resolution to resolve the problem of transferring picture files from USB flashdrive to internal Memory of the photo-frame. That is FRAUD and nothing less when a manufacturer of a product claims the product will do something and then it doesn't or they can't fix it. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. Confidentiality: I gave SUNGALE my personal cell phone number to call me back. After giving them my number I received 7 calls on my phone from California phone numbers, when i answered the call, no person was on the other end. I never, repeat NEVER get anonymous calls on my cell phone and then after i give it to SUNGALE I get HARASSED with unwanted calls. SUNGALE broke customer confidentiality agreement by giving out my number to others or SUNGALE harassed me themselves. Either way SUNGALE can not be trusted with CONFIDENTIALITY. I will be reporting SUNGALE to the California BBB regarding the confidentiality of customer telephone numbers.

It was east to add pictures to a sd card test it and put it in the mail for Christmas present

It is all right but it keeps locking up on one picture that is on the stick I use.
