Screw prime punch pro isnt even a upgrade it's world's apart get this speaker!
Best desicion upgrading from the Rockford fosgate 6.75 prime to the pps4-6 the difference is unreal ! I was not happy at all with the sound quality of the primes the difference is really night and day if your on the fence about buying this speaker jump it's worth it I only got one so far for my front driver door next week I'll do the passenger and just with the one it sounds amazing I can't wait till I get all four I'm going to get the punch pro tweeters to and upgrade from the punch 3.5 inch 20watt RMS they aren't great just don't handle enough power I constantly smell the voice coil burning at high volume and I have my gain like legit off but really get this speaker if ur looking around and can't decide it's loud clear and just completed ur system j promise you will be more than happy with it .

Great, good looking, well performing, high SPL speakers.
You will be hard pressed to find better speakers for the money. These speakers have some impressive numbers in the datasheet, and they are real, unlike given by many other companies. I compared these speakers to several others with much better looking specification numbers just to realize how little those numbers mean. If you want clear and loud sound from high power, high SPL speakers, look no further, this is what you need. I installed four of these in my son's car and going to install the same for myself. Please keep in mind that you need a separate subwoofer to cover frequencies from 150Hz and below, these are midbass speakers that can cover frequencies from 150 Hz to 5 Khz.

Amazing sound
Absolutely love these. They replaced a pair of 6.3/4โ kicker KS 2 ways that blew the surround completely apart, but still worked. These handle power and sound amazing without any issues.

These speakers kick SERIOUS behind!! THEY ROCK!!
I push my sound system to the limit about 80% of the time I'm in my car, (a Miata Convertible), and these speakers, as well as the Punch Pro 8" sub just keep taking the abuse like it's nothing. I've only blown 2 PPS4-6 speakers in about 3 years, and both times, while I was in the process of replacing them, went through about a dozen locally available speakers that were "supposed" to be comparable, most didn't last more than a day or two. ROCKFORD FOSGATE KICKS BUTT!!!!

I purchased 4 of these to replace the door speakers in my 2015 Kia Sorento. I replaced the speakers Friday evening and Saturday morning I swapped my factory head unit with a Pioneer nex 1300 and I amplified all 4 speakers with the Rockford Fosgate T400x4ad 4 channel amplifier. The sound is absolutely amazing! Excellent clarity without distortion at high volumes with a ton of bass! I don't need to install any subwoofers because with these speakers amplified it sounds like there is already a subwoofer. Off a head unit they were fair but at 100 watts rms they need to be amplified. You will not be disappointed with these!
