do the light on helmet strophes

The light is located on the back of the head position. It is part of the knob that turns to adjust to tighten or loosen up the helmet once it sits in position. A very comfortable design if you have a large skull. I used to wear over glass on top of my spectacles to stop cold/dusty wind rush into my eyes, but now I don’t have to and one less thing to have to take with me when I start my journey - everything I need is in the helmet. Go for it.

Can you wear glasses underneath?

Yes with the one that comes with the item, however the clear one they recommend before purchase as an add on doesn't. It doesn't even fit the helmet. However it is a great cycle helmet and the rear light is great. I've road for 35hours so far and the battery is still good
