Airfix A01003 Curtiss Hawk 81-A-2 Model Building Kit, 1:72 Scale

It’s a good model, something to work on while waiting on the paint to dry on other models.Only complaint is that the wrong model was sent, received the P-40B Warhawk based out of Pearl Harbor in 1941. Decided to keep it, the P-40B is the same just not the same squadron.

Great kit. Went to gather well and looks great when finished.

Product came kind of crushed. But, the product was still in tack to build.

Such a fun craft perfect for my 6th grader.

Best early P-40 available in this scale. Everything fits, the outlines are good, the cockpit is good... they even managed to make attachment points for the landing gear doors that will stay attached.

Nice kit. As good as Airfix has ever done and better than most of their kits. Good panel detail and crisp lines.

Llegó algo aplastada la caja, pero lo que cuenta es lo de adentro y tiene unos detalles buenos, sin muchas rebabas.

This Curtiss Hawk Model Airplane Kit was easy to build, the instructions were clear and the finished kit looked awesome. Very happy

Questo modellino è fatto molto bene, lo consiglio. La plastica è grigia tendente al blu, di buona qualità, si assembla in meno di un'ora. La colla e i colori non sono inclusi nel pacco.

Hübscher, kleiner Bausatz, sehr sauber und passgenau gefertigt. Für schmales Geld kann man sich ein paar ruhige Mußestunden am heimischen Basteltisch gönnen. Das verwendete Polystyrol ist zäh genug, um nicht sofort zu brechen und kann mit Revell-Kunststoffkleber sehr gut verklebt werden. Nur für die Verklebung der transparenten Teile empfehle ich Klarlack, da das verwendete Material in Kombination mit lösungsmittelhaltigen Klebstoffen dazu neigt, blind zu werden und weiß anzulaufen.
