Great top control faucet
Granite installers drilled hole too close to 6" backsplash.... needed top control in kraus laundry room sink. Looks and works great. Impressed with kraus products. Not Moen quality but almost as good as grohe

Update: It's Garbage!
Final update: This thing is garbage... very poor design... I received a new cartridge and soon after the thing was stiff as a board again... Can barely move the handle from side to side to change the temperature from hot to cold etc as it's so stiff now I try to keep it in one spot... The body of the sprayer that holds the spray head is locked into position now it's so stiff... How can this thing be made so wrong... I am a contractor and have installed and serviced hundreds of kitchen faucets for Apartment complexes and have never seen such a crappy faucet and I'm frustrated that I installed this garbage in my own home... I have been dealing with it but I need to get something else Makes me question the quality of Kraus so I wouldn't purchase another faucet from Kraus. Update: Disappointed! Only installed for about 8 months and the handle is stiff and hard to move from side to side and to turn on and off. Also instead of the sprayer resetting to normal when turned off, it stays on so when you turn on the water the sprayer comes on and makes a mess. I don’t know if I got a bad one or not but it already needs a new Cartridge. Of course, now I must find another cartridge and figure out how to install it. It didn’t last a year. It started going bad a couple of months ago so it lasted 6 months Nice but a couple of quirks. Pull out hose wasn’t tight so it leaked when first used. When tightening the spray handle to the pull-out hose as I tightened the hose would get tension so it would make the spray handle not go back in straight. I had to play with it for a while so it wouldn’t have tension and would line up correctly. The hose itself doesn't pull out as smooth as it really should. They should use a hose like Glacier Bay as it slides and moves easily. The sprayer is too fine. It looks cool but because it is so fine I have an issue with the water pressure being too high causing water to bounce out of the 10” deep sink and off dishes. Overall I like it and will keep it but they should consider some changes

Overall good for the $$, but not a great high-end faucet
It looks good. It's easy to install. It works. But would not recommend and we will probably replace soon for the two reasons below: 1. The pullout nozzle is easily scratched/scuffed. One bump with a pan and it had a permanent mark right on the front. 2. It doesn't have a variable spray power. It's either Off or Blasting like a fire hose. You can control it roughly through the main faucet flow, but that's not nearly as convenient. 3. The button to switch from Regular flow to Spray is on the underside, large, easily triggered, and very near the outlet. So it is CONSTANTLY being bumped accidentally while rinsing larger items, which flips on the powerful spray, that then blasts off the thing being washed and bounces all over the place, including into your face. It does wake you up though! For those design attributes, this faucet is a fail for us.

nice
The faucet has a nice look to it and the quality seems good. It is smaller than our old faucet and is taking me awhile to get used to look. The button to change to spray is on the underside of the faucet which is handy for when you're holding the faucet but I've been bumping it when I'm cleaning pans so I'm on the fence about liking it or not.

Missing Pull-Out Sprayer
Without the critical part the faucet is useless. Had to pay to return it.

Do not recommend!
Bought this 2 years ago and already have to replace it. I have a water filter so it wasn’t from build up of any kind. It stopped being able to rotate right to left and wouldn’t shut all the way off. The sprayer button is super sensitive and kept turning on and water would spray everywhere. I would not buy this product.

Missing parts
Had missing parts. I was beyond return period and Kraus has no replacement parts available.

Attractive, but..
Bought this about three years ago. The top portion comes off easily. I think I repaired the little dowel handle so it doesn't come off anymore. The pull-out hose started leaking a couple of months ago. Couldn't find a Kraus part listed online, so just bought one from Amazon that fits at both ends!
