Plantronics 65358-01 Battery for CS50/55

Worked right out of the wrapper, no need to charge. It says Plantronics on it, I didn't think it would be an actual Plantronics but who knows? Some of these batteries are fatter and don't fit in the headset properly but this one fits perfectly. I guess that is what Amazon means when they asked me to rate "sheerness". Battery life- well I won't know for a while but so far as good or better on holding a charge than any of the others I've used over the past few years so I gave it a 5 on battery.

Great replacement battery for my Plantronics CS50 headset ... the best headset ever made. Range and sound quality can't be beat. Replacing the battery has cheaply kept it going for years! Easy to install and returns the 3.5 hour performance on single charge.

I had the same headset for years and I just purchased new batteries for the old one, but the headset would no longer work properly and I wanted to replace it with the same (which is discontinued). I was happy to find this reconditioned headset and handset lifter at a very reasonable price. It arrived very quickly and was easy to hook-up. Works great and I'm thankful to be hands free again!

I'm pretty confident this is not an authentic Plantronics battery. Our original batteries are genuine, and when I compare them to this, there are differences. These are built a little differently, they're a slightly different size, the print on the label is fuzzy (like a copy), etc. However, despite this... this battery seems to work just fine. They power our headsets without issue and they last much longer in day to day use than the 5 year batteries I replaced. Assuming they last for a few years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.

I noticed that the original battery in my Savi W420 headset was not holding as much charge. This battery was an excellent replacement. I've been using this new battery for 5 months, much better than the old original battery. Getting the old battery out was a little challenging because the old battery had swelled up a little bit. But once the old battery was out, this new battery went in great. It's a little bit tricky, but you can find videos online that show how to replace.

The order was processed and received quickly. This is a repeat order meaning that the battery's service life is close to 2 years. I use the Plantronics Savi each day at work. I know it's time to replace the battery when the headset beeps after using it for less an hour.

I have had my Platronics headset for years and it finally started dying after just a couple of minutes on the phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one until we found out that there is a battery in the headset that we could try replacing? Really? LOL Never even thought about that one. I received the battery and now my headset works perfect and I am able to stay on with customers or vendors for however long I need to!

Excellent !!! Thanks !!!
