THE IS THE WAY! Well, not exactly, but a favored collectible my wife has been wanting for a while. As a non star wars guy, spending this amount for a collectible that will be admired for 15 minutes then put away in a box forever seems wasteful, but if it makes her happy, how can I say no? As for the helmet, it's detail and realism is right on par. The Black Series helmets cannot be surpassed. Glad to have it in her collection of 11 other helmets so far.

I already own two Black Series helmets, and I’m not stopping anytime soon. These pieces are absolutely stunning. The quality, the design, the weight—everything feels like it came straight out of the Star Wars universe. Even though fans already know how good these are, I still feel the need to recommend them. It amazes me that we live in a time where we can wear, collect, and display items that feel this authentic. If you’re a true fan, you already know… but if you’re on the fence, don’t think twice. This is Star Wars brought to life.

I got two of these for my adult children. This is not really a toy for little kids, it's really meant to be an adult level "toy" or collectable for the true Star Wars fans. The quality is excellent. Paint job on the helmet looks right out of the Star Wars movies - talk about authentic! A switch inside enables you to hear sound tracks from two different Star Wars movie battles: The battle for Hoth and the Episode 4 battle where they blow up the Death Star. Yes, its got blinking lights inside when the "mission" you select starts up and the straps inside the helmet are adjustable so that the helmet fits those big adult heads really well! Your kid, loved one, spouse, partner or whatever life form you love will look great at Comic-Con wearing this! Don't forget the batteries that are needed and it was a little tricky finding the battery compartment the first time.

This is mostly a display piece. I consider it art. The value for money that these black series helmets delivers is really unparalleled. There are certainly more "screen accurate" helmets out there but generally they run you 3-5x the price. Not knocking them at all, many are outstanding, but the black series line really holds its own. Speaking of own, I currently own 8 black series helmets and was never disappointed in the quality.

I recently got to Star Wars Luke Skywalker helmet and overall I'm quite pleased with it. The helmet is incredibly detailed and looks fantastic on display. the sound effect and voice modulations at an extra layer of authenticity that any Star Wars fana would appreciate. However I did find that the helmet is a little big for my head, it does shift around a bit when I wear it. Adjusting the fit with some padding helped but it's something to keep in mind if you have a smaller head. It's not a deal breaker since I usually just put it on the shelf for display. Despite this minor issue the helmet is a great addition to my collection and definitely worth the purchase for any Star Wars enthusiast.

Bought this as a Christmas present for our 9 yr old grandson. It is extremely realistic, and somewhat expensive. But since it’s a ‘collect able’ and so realistic, what the heck. He wears it to play Jedi Knight practically daily. Absolutely loves it, the look, the sounds, etc.

The helmet is made from a strong and well moulded plastic. The helmet is wrapped with a vinyl decal vs painted, but the details are great nonetheless and while it would never be considered a “hero prop” - it is very well made. The visor does not move, but at its price point I would not expect a fully articulated visor. It’s is well made though and if someone wanted to wear it for cosplay, it will give you clear vision. I am using this as decoration in my home theater (man cave) so I do not have batteries in it and I have not tested the pre recorded messages or sound effects. I would very much recommend this for any Star Wars fan. I am super happy with my purchase.

¡¡ El casco está precioso !! Me encanto el detalle y los efectos de luz y sonido son geniales, es como para hacerte sentir en una simulación de combate, ya sea de la batalla de Yavin o Hoth. Cuando llegó me sorprendió que era más pequeño de lo que esperaba. Para mi que soy delgado el tamaño está perfecto. Para una persona más ancha podría estar un poco pequeño, en todo caso se pueden retirar los auriculares para que no esté tan justo. El acolchado interior son tres piezas, dos auriculares y una almohadilla para la cabeza, se fijan con un belcro muy fino. Lo que lo he usado no se caen, pero no pega muy fuerte.
