My son loves it!
This was a Christmas present for my 10 year old son that replaced his older Razor (still in good shape but was a hand down from his older brother) and he thinks it's a great scooter. Razor is a longtime brand made with quality materials, built well, and will last for years. Smooth rolling wheels, strong welds, foldable, and easily adjustable for size. This scooter comes with a small shock absorber up front that is an upgrade from previous generation A2's and the wheelie-bar adds new way for additional tricks.

Amazing Scooter!
My 4-year old little boy doesn't miss a day when he rides his Razor scooter. He kept riding my daughters Barbie scooter, and I shopped all around trying to find a new scooter that was affordable and durable. This scooter was the ticket! He loves riding it. The wheels are amazing smooth and the build is of good quality. The one complaint, although minor, is that it's hard to collapse, but we never really need to because he's riding it everyday. This was by far the best purchase for my little boy for this year. It has helped him learn balance and skill which will prepare him to lose the training wheels on his bike.

Great scooter for the price
Bought this scooter for my 12 almost 13 year old. They love this scooter and use it daily. It has proven to be very durable and can handle smooth roads and areas that need to be paved. Battery last long enough for a fun trip and when the battery dies you can use it as a normal scooter. Great first scooter!

Good basic Razor scooter.
Good sturdy unit, the kids love them (we bought 3). Given that the body is stainless, you would think the fasteners would be stainless as well but they are not. Screws, rivets, etc. all rusting up after a few months. That is the only negative and I'd gladly give 5 stars if Razor had spent a few extra pennies to use stainless fasteners as well. Should hold up for a year or two, which is all I would expect at this price.

Outstanding scooter for the price.
The Razor A2 Kick Scooter is an outstanding scooter for the price. I now own two (2) of these scooters which are utilized by both of our girls (8 years old & 5 years old). Both of our girls love these scooters. Our girls are not aggressive our abusive riders in any way so these particular scooters are a perfect fit for their style of use. I have tried these scooters also (170 lbs) and as long as the pavement or asphalt is smooth the ride is very nice. The scooter is very sturdy and can handle my weight and aggressive riding. I would not buy this type of scooter if you plan to ride aggressively in any way. Get a more expensive model that can handle abuse. Before I purchased these Razor A2 Kick Scooters, I purchased one from another company that was cheaper. WARNING: If you find any scooters that are cheaper than the Razor A2 Kick Scooter, I can almost guarantee that there are no welded parts on the scooter and that this cheaper scooter will not last. The one I purchased did NOT have welded handle bars. The T-section for the handle bar was bolted together instead of welded and after using this scooter, the bolt connections got looser and the handle bars began to move significantly. I did not want to see anyone get hurt when the handle bar finally broke so I decided to get rid of this scooter before it happened.

A childhood favorite.
I'm currently 19 years old but I have been riding Razor Scooters since I was a kid. I just started college this past fall and I've been looking for a way to get around campus. I have a bike, but my campus has too many hills for me to be able to bike to all my classes. Also, my campus has a bus system, but the buses are known to be unreliable at times. So as a last resort, I decided to buy a new scooter. I have one at home, but I've had it since I was about 10 years old, so its not in the best shape. The new A2 scooter is basically a revamp of a childhood favorite. While structurally it is basically the same, the new folding mechanism makes it 10x easier to fold up. I'm a pretty small person (only about 5'1" and 98lbs) so the size of the scooter is perfect for me, so there is a chance it could be small for others. Also since it is super portable, I am able to scooter between classes and just carry it up hills or other places where I can't ride it. Overall, once you get over the fact that you're a 19 year old college kid riding a scooter, this is absolutely worth it. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to get around.

Great buy...great value!
I purchased this for my 6 yr old son for Christmas and he loves it! My son still rides his bike with training wheels but I thought that this might get him on the road to learning balance and so far so good on this note...he initially only wanted to ride with one foot on the scooter but now has enhanced his balance to the point where he regularly rides with both feet on the scooter. When he gets home from school he wants to immediately ride his scooter. This is a great product and a great value. I like how it folds up for easy stowage in the car.

Great Fun for Young Kids
This is a great scooter. My 9 year old loves it and rides is almost daily. You have to pop the handles into place once you get it out of the box, but there's no other assembly required. It folds and unfolds pretty easily. It was a birthday gift for my son; he needed a replacement for his old one. I recommend this for anyone who has a young boy that would have fun riding around on it. It's great.

Great introductory scooter
Son loved it and after a year it still works, however dont expect this scooter to function as a quality trick scooter. The bearings are slow and the whole thing feels kind of loose compared to higher end models. Overall however we are happy with this purchase. It is agood introductory scooter for young children who are just getting in to scooters.
