Very attractive, with ADJUSTABLE DEPTH! But you’ll want to replace the screws.
I bought an antique brass curtain rod but it had very utilitarian and unattractive brackets, so I substituted these and love the way they look! The added bonus is that these brackets are adjustable in depth, so you can hang your drapes as close to or as far away from your window as you like. NOTE: I took one star off for the fact that the antique brass material looks very rich, BUT they only included basic steel screws to hang them, so I had to go to the hardware store and find brass screws for both the insertion into the wall and for the adjustment set screws.

works best for long curtain rods in the middle
This is the best solution I could find for supporting long curtain rods in the middle where you don't have enough vertical space for normal curtain bracket

Very sturdy metal
I would have given five stars instead of four except that the wall anchors that are provided are very cheap. We replaced them with something more appropriate for the weight that we plan to hang on them.

The BEST idea for curtain rod brackets ever
I really wanted what I consider as classic window treatment for my bedroom, with sheers under the curtains (they really get the light into the room better, give some privacy, and yet the light coming in is much softer, not glaring). But I also wanted to work with the rods and other mounting hardware I already had.. I couldn't find a solution without buying new rods until I found these adjustable wall brackets. Genius! And super easy to install. I'll be taking these with me when I move, for sure!

Great quality and functionality
I purchase these 1-1/8” to 1-1/4” brackets for custom built cedar rods made for my B&B on the island of Jamaica. They will be used as the large rod holder for my drapes, and finished with a double metal bracket to layer the blackout liners and sheers. Although they have not been installed as yet, I am extremely pleased with the quality and functionality. Love that I can expand up to 5-1/2”, perfect for my application.
