3-in-1 Steam Brush

Wish I'd read the reviews first! What a totally useless piece of equipment. I thought it was broken as it took so long to get warm, and didn't get very hot at all. You have to pump the steam yourself. Wish I could return it, but I only just got round to using it a year after I purchaesd it.

It didn't work the very first time I tried to use it!!! Smartek didn't want to handle the "return/refund". The matter isbeing referred to Amazon. No action is being followed up because Amazon doesn't have a feature where you can contact them. I'm stuck with this lemon. I don't recommend this product.

I had this same steamer for many yrs, I bought the same exact one because I loved it. When my old one started leaking, it was time for a new one. I got this one and the 1st time I use it, it leaks. I was very disappointed.

This doesn't even deserve one star. It is junk. Does not work at all. I called the company for help. Had to leave a voice mail. Company never responded. I will never buy anything from this company again.

It never worked upon arrival. Didn't produce any steam and had a burning smell. Forgot to return it, so now just throwing it away.

yes, It is cheap but not that good because the steam was not so hot. I do not recommended it.
