ColumbiaMen's Silver Ridge Convertible Pant

These are great, I bought the exact same from the Colombia store (on Amazon) and they were too baggy, these are perfect. Does anyone know if these are knockoffs? Or an older version that is discontinued? It seems like they aren't replenishing their stock here. I hope these will continue to be available.

Nothing bad to say about these - great fit, comfortable, lots of good pockets, sip off bottoms, high quality material. Best fishing pants ever!

These really are great pants. They're comfortable, fit well, and they unzip to become shorts. They also dry very quickly. I used them for my African safari, and they were perfect. That said, beware the pockets. After only about 2 months of wearing them (in rotation with other pants), the back pocket has already torn. The stitching came undone. I noticed after putting my wallet in my back pocket and feeling it fall down my pant leg. Because of how light they are, the stitching and pocket material tears very easily.

Great fishing pants when out in the boat or kayak! No more sunburned knees. It’s nice to have the option of shorts or pants when you feel the burn coming on. 5 stars! I own three pairs and will probably buy one more.

The pants fit well, and are comfortable. The only reason for 3 stars is that I can't take off the legs with out removing my boots when hiking. I knew this when I bought them, but I didn't realize how much of an inconvenience this would be. My wife has a pair from a different brand that have a built in zipper at the bottom of each pant leg - she can take off her pant legs without removing her hiking shoes. She's ready to continue hiking and I'm sitting on a wet log and haven't removed my first boot yet.
