Belkin Grip Candy Sheer Case/Cover for iPhone 5 / 5S and iPhone SE (Clear/Purple)

Very well fit with my iPhone 5s, it feels comfortable holding in the hand and offers good protection too. A little too pricy in my opinion.

Fits iPhone 5s perfectly, has a lip around the front so that screen is protected when phone is face down. Love this phone case!

I am surprised by how much I like this case. I haven't found anything else that comes close to my mercury case, or that has tempted me to switch until now, and I have reviewed a lot of iPhone5 cases. I like a lot how the case feels in my hand. It is trim and small, but solid. It goes nicely over the front edges to protect the phone well. It goes on and off easily, but snugly enough that it doesn't slip. The design is really attractive, with a purple stripe around the edge and the sheer front edges and button covers. The sheer back is just that - sheer - NOT clear. The logos of the phone show through in the right light, but in a subtle way. The volume shutoff is easy to access and the inset is well-formed. The black ring around the camera opening is attractive. The only weird thing visually is that where the purple ring insets, on the volume shutoff and the bottom openings, the look is a little odd through the front sheer edging in those spots. The texture is satisfying - it feels just the way you would expect the matte finish to fit. Slips easily in a pocket, but not too slick. Just the right amount of slip resistance.The only caveat on this case for me is the bottom openings. There are three distinct openings (as on many cases) for the charger and the side speakers. The charger opening is actually quite large, in a good way, as some cases can only accommodate the width of the included apple charger but not any offbrands which sometimes have larger profiles. However, it because there is a separation between the charger opening and the speaker openings, you can't place the phone on a 4-series plug with adapter, which I still use on ipod docks around my house. To do this you have to slip back the bottom of the case. Part of the reason I bought and love my mercury case is that it is a single opening, with the front bottom edge being substantial enough to handle that. I do suspect that this case is substantial enough on that edge as well that I could take a razor and simply trim out the separations - I have done this on cases I have tested before. But this case is so attractive as it is that I haven't been able to bring myself to do that yet. If I decide to make this my primary case, I will give that a try and update this review.

This is a pretty good case for my phone, although it's not perfect. It fits my iPhone 5S snugly, and it doesn't slip off. It's sheer, but not completely clear. It has a matte finish that's appealing, and I really like the shade of purple around the edge. I can grip it easily and it doesn't slip out of my hands. I wish it were a little bit thicker so it would offer more protection if I were to drop my phone. If I use hand lotion or if my hands are not clean, it seems to show up on the case. I can remove it and wash it easily enough, but it's annoying. Oddly enough, it arrived dirty even though the factory seal on the box was intact. It had a large orange powder smudge on it, but it washed off easily. Overall, it's a nice case. Just not perfect.

I picked up this case for the I-Phone 5. I have seen numerous reviews that say that the case does not fit the I-phone, but for me it was snug. The case is only a cover for the back and sides of the phone, it does not provide screen protection so if you are looking for something that will give you maximum protection this is not the case for you. However, if you are looking for minimal protection this case will work out just fine.The case does not add bulk or weight to the phone and fit snugly on my I-phone 5. The purple outside brings a splotch of color to the all white phone which is nice as well.This is not the case you want if you are going to be dropping your phone on the tile floor frequently, but if you are looking for a case that is slim, and will provide minimal protection I think you will like this one. When looking for a phone case less bulk means less protection and I have yet to find a solution for that compromise, but this phone case delivered on its promise.

We have used many cases for our devices. We would rate this case among the better of the cases we have used. The case arrived packaged very well- no frustration in removing it from packaging. The case is constructed well and designed with enough of a build quality it should protect in most drops except for those that are directly on the screen. The material of the case is very conducive to maintaining a good grip on the phone, even if you are sweating. However, it still slips into a pocket without any problem. The case is also more rounded on the corners, which helps with getting it in and out of pockets. I did not notice the case collecting lint like some others that have been marketed as grip case (usually with some jelly like material).Overall, this is a very good case priced right. We are using them for both our Iphone 5c and 5s.

The wrong item was shipped, but I have a friend with this case and took a look at how it works for them. It is a great case. It fits snugly, giving me a feeling of security when holding the phone. It is easy to take on and off, and does not seem to lose its tight fit after multiple on and off times. I like the way it feels in my hand. It does not add a lot of heft to the phone. All in all this is a super case!

The fit is a little tight to get on, but overall it serves its purpose. I got the purple and clear. This one goes really nicely with the white phone. The cover is slim so it doesn't add to the width any.
