Does not fit.
The bolts in this kit look great. Unfortunately they do not fit a 2000 XLH883. I believe this may be a 1 size fits all kit and it does not fit the model year 2000 sportster as advertised. The cam cover and sprocket cover worked fine. But when I went to install the primary cover every bolt was the wrong length. The short bolts were all a 1/4 inch to short and the long bolt were all a 1/4 inch to long. I was able able to live with the short bolts, I just did not get the correct thread engagement and I cut the long bolts to the length I needed.
