Very nice faucet for the price. It’s not as heavy as I would have liked it to be but it does look beautiful. Water flow depends on your water pressure. Plumber installed it fairly easy. It’s been installed for a few weeks and haven’t had any issues with leaks. Great product!

This polished "rose gold" faucet is gorgeous. It's an absolute stunner! Its rich and classy! The color is between dark rose gold/copper. The high polish makes it shine a darker bronze giving it a warmer brown hue then the light pink youd see in traditional brushed rose gold fixtures. This would be beautifully matched with a hammered copper or even a black bronzed sink.This has no overflow holes in the drain as its made for a vessel sink.I would not hesitate for a second to purchase this its really strong and sturdy.As for use, I decided to go with another color and, sadly, did not hook up the faucet nor use it. I'm not sure how it sounds or runs. I did want to post a review though because its literally just so gorgeous I thought it might help those reviewers on the fence. If they had this color in the shorter version I would 100% be installing it! originally purchased the brass option but returned it as it had two different metal looks: one shiny, one not. then i placed an order for the matte black and it is gorgeous! AND, seller read my comment for returning the original and contacted me saying they will work on manufacturing to address the "brass" problem. i'm impressed with this seller! i highly recommend checking out this store as there is obviously a lot of concern/care re product and customer service. and i highly recommend the black matte as it really is just that.....and as i remarked above it is gorgeous!

The faucet and drain are beautiful, but I had issues with how they were installed and then dealing with customer service.First off, the faucet screw neck was too short. I had a standard thickness countertop. I felt like it should have been long enough. And according to the product description on Amazon, it should have worked for my countertop thickness. Their solution was for me to pay more money to buy a longer neck.My second issue was the drain install and final look. It came with two rubber washers amongst other washers. It was unclear as to which side the rubber washers went on in the drain install, as they looked different and there were two sets of instructions that showed two different ways. So I emailed them and they sent me one of the set of instructions. I installed it that way and the picture is what it ended up looking like. I have installed other sink drains and I realize that they aren’t completely flush with the sink bowl, but they can be pretty close. This was far from that. Water would sit in the ridge that was left after the install. See the attached photo for the outcome. When I talked to customer service, they resounded m but wanted to email back and forth trying to fix it. Well that took days. I needed a faucet and drain so I bought a new one from a different brand and it installed perfectly fine. Days after that they finally wanted to replace it, but I had to explain that I couldn’t wait for that. I simply wanted them to refund me. They ended up only refunded me $25, which is better than nothing, but not good enough in my opinion since it was a failure based on the instructions they sent me.So all in all, beware of this product and the customer service involved. I will give it one star for being pretty.

This is a really nice, solid faucet. It's heavy and functions well (we've had it installed for several weeks now). It wasn't any more difficult to install than any other faucet, and came well packaged so it wouldn't get scratched. The color is a really nice, matte finished antiqued brass. Very nice with transitional decor or a midcentury modern look.It was my mistake, but I didn't realize that the stopper it comes with only works with sinks with an overflow (the little hole near the top of the sink basin that the water drains from if you were to fill the sink with water. We have a vessel sink with no overflow, so we needed a different drain. It was no problem and we were able to order the correct drain separately, but just something to be aware of when you order. I believe you can order this same faucet without the drain if you don't have an overflow sink. The faucet itself works with either type of sink, it's just the drain part I'm talking about.

We purchased two of these faucets for an antique vanity. They are perfect. The weight is good, the color is perfect and they are exactly the height that we needed for our sinks. My only complaint would be that one of the nuts that hold the faucet in place was stripped out. My husband had to go to Lowes and purchase another one, but it was an easy fix. Great purchase!
