Yes would think because it fit on my trx4 sport and if I'm not mistaken they are almost the same

It kind of depends on you shock placement, and spring pre load adjustment. On a heavy rig like the defender may sit lower because the load on the shocks. It's about 3.5 inches or around 125mm. The plate is 1mm thick so you lose nothing
