Blueberry Pinot Noir (Island Mist)

I make many different wines from a number of vendors on Amazon. At our recent wine party, this was the favorite. I do not vary from the directions in the kit with the exception of adding wine conditioner to one specific wine. With that said, I have been looking for a greater variety of tastes and this is a very nice change up. You can really taste the blueberries. Excellent wine. I will be purchasing again!

I just bottled yesterday and it's already good to drink. I followed the instructions up to bottling, and then back sweetened just a tad more. My wife likes a low alcohol sweet wine, and this came out with a sweetness comparable to a store bought Zinfandel. This doesn't have a strong blueberry taste, but it's very smooth and easy to drink! I can't wait to try the Black cherry Island mist next!

This was a fun kit! We never tasted too much of the blueberry but overall this was a very delicious wine. It ends up being a sweeter red so if you want some dryness too it I'd recommend adding oak chips or something. I may try that next time. Delicious!

Super easy to follow instructions. Everything is measured out and ready to mix. This is the 3rd kit I have bought and the wine always turns out great. Now the only decision I have to make is what flavor/type do I want to try next.

My friends and I absolutely love the blueberry wine! Would recommend for the people who are not true wine lovers! This wine is so smooth and refreshingly amazing!

I really, really like the Island Mist kits and have made at least a dozen of them so far. They never fail to produce an exceptional product that friends can't get enough of. The Blueberry Pinot Noir is one of my favorites...but then I haven't made one yet that I didn't like!I always add 2 lbs of corn sugar and 3 cans of frozen juice concentrate (either white grape or plain grape 100% juice depending on the kit) to make sure I get a higher ABV end product. These wines turn out perfectly sweet and incredibly drinkable.I am happy to find this on Amazon. It was actually cheaper than I can buy anywhere else because of the free shipping. I will be back for more!

Overly sweet, would not recommend. I am an experienced home brewer and I know what I am doing. I bought 2 of these kits, used them both with the same subpar results.
