Yes they do.you just download the app onto your phone.

Q: Hi could someone please inform me what happens to schedules if wifi or power cut? Will they reset and fail to go off at scheduled time, any backup?

Your schedules/routines are set in an app and controlled by your Alexa/google device. So a power cut won’t delete those. As long as wifi and/or power is back up running before your schedule is supposed to start, the plugs will switch on as planned.

Q: Can these monitor energy usage？

The ones I received in Sept 2019 allow me to monitor energy usage in the Smart Life app.
