This orecchiette is simply amazing. I found this recipe from recipe rebel, thought I’d try it, so I ordered this pasta. EASY PEASY, and scrumdiddlyumptious! I have never made orecchiette before, and now make this at least twice a month now! Looks identical to the photo and tastes incredible. The pasta is easy to cook, very flavorful, and amazing texture/mouth feel. Go for it!! ✨

Very chewy. If cooked to the time they get mushy with sauce. Cook a little under Dante and add the sauce
