Nice faucet
Nice, well made faucet at a reasonable price. Works great. The only thing is I don’t think the shank is as long as stated. Didn’t affect my install but could if someone has a thicker counter

Very nice faucet...
I bought this to replace and old RO faucet, and it works great. It's good quality and was easy to install. The water flow rate is good. However, This faucet is on the small side, which is exactly what I wanted since my water faucet is an average size. It might not look as good next to one that is really big.

We exchanged our stainless faucets for the Matt black look and this one was easy to install looks beautiful and works great.

Complete
The finish is good and the valve works well. It's annoying that a device designed to take a 1/4 tube uses hateful metric fasteners. This can be a very challenging install if you don't have someone holding the fixture straight while you tighten it down. I'm installing in a stainless steel sink so no problems with shank length.

Works as promised - check connection fittings!
Works perfectly - make sure you have the proper quick connection fitting. Had to buy an assortment to fit my installation.

Not for thick counters
The specification says this faucet works for counters up to 1 6/8". My counter is 1 5/8" and it did not fit. I had to remove the rubber washer, the lock washer, and the large steel washer. I had to replace the steel washer with a piece of thin sheet metal and bend the sheet metal to allow the nut to recess into the counter mounting hole. If your counter is more than one inch thick look for another product. It's hard to believe that any company would sell a faucet that can't mount to a standard granite counter top. On the plus side, the faucet works well. But, the installation was terrible.
