Unlike what's under the hood of a car, the charm and joy under the guimpe and wimple is heavenly. No harsh regimentation under the starch here, just being happy in the service of the Lord.

For nuns and any of us who entered the convent before Vatican II especially, I think older nuns will relate. I'm not sure about the younger ones....but overall, it was a fun read.

Kam sogar einen Tag vor dem voraussichtlichen Liefertermin an.Die Bilder und Kommentare dazu sind einfach super, allerdings sollte man der englischen Sprache gut mächtig sein, da man sonst zB Wortspiele nicht versteht.Wird bestimmt ein tolles Weihnachtsgeschenk - ich meine, wer sieht sich nicht gerne Nonnen an, wie sie Spaß haben, haha :D

Very nun very fun

I thought this was the book which goes with the movie I was watching late one night. Unfortunately it isn't, but it does give you a quick peak into the personal acitivities of nuns including how they relax and relieve tension. If nuns are your thing then this is a definite buy, failing that you can go and rent one similar at a dvd rental shop ;)

A hilarious book that offers both pictures of Nuns having a good time alone with witty captions and pages focused on the funny side of religion. The pictures have been well selected and show the lighter side of life in the nunnery. Nuns really do have fun!
