My cat LOVES these toys. The material and size makes him a happy kitty. He's had numerous of this brand of toy; he plays fetch and carries them around like it's his kill. At first they lasted a while but eventually they will fall apart. They kept going missing and we thought he had buried them somewhere or it got stuck under some furniture but we never could find them. One day I was cleaning his litter box and I see remnants of this bee... I thought maybe it's residual from playing with it but I stopped buying them out of worry. Months later I decided to get him another and it didn't last a day before half of it went missing... I decided to keep it on the stick/string toy so I could keep track of where it was but I just came across the stick not 20 minutes later and the bee is gone and there's a little slime trail of the material where it was attached on the string....I have confirmed that my cat loves these a little TOO much and he is purposely eating them. If you think your cat would like these and WONT eat them, then YES, YOU MUST BUY IT! But if you can't trust your cat not to be a dummy...I wouldn't risk it. Cat parents, you have been warned!

I've been through countless bees by this point. My cat is obsessed. It's like I can't even access the cabinet where I store the teaser toy without my kitty pitching a fit. I tell everyone I know with a cat that the only toy actually worth the money is da bee. I like how the wire makes it so it's a bit more difficult for kitty to track, but just be careful and make sure to inspect the clasp that attaches da bee to the stick before playing with it. Sometimes it can get a bit pokey and with how feral this toy makes my kitty, I like to make sure it's super safe before she bunny kicks the wazoo out of it. The material that makes up da bee increases kitty's prey instinct, but it is prone to shedding hairs pretty soon after introducing it. Kitty can't get enough of playing with this!!

This is the only toy that my cat likes and reacts to. She is indoor & outdoor cat; when she is outside she hunts little birds and rodents and I think this is why she doesn’t really react to those cuter fake looking toys. Only cons to this is that those yellow/black components comes off kinda easily so after my cat plays with it to its fullest and chews it off, I have to clean up after it.

These Da Bee refills have been a huge hit with my cat. The moment I attach one to the Cat Catcher wand, it’s game on! My cat would give this 5 stars. She is obsessed with the bees. When I open a new package, she can hardly wait for me to get it open. I am giving it 3 stars because they disintegrate easily and leave bee hairs all over the place. Granted, they are attacked by a cat, but that’s their purpose. They don’t have the durability necessary to be repeatedly chomped and tossed about. To my cat’s disappointment, I will have to ration the bees because I cannot afford to keep buying them every week.

My cat will ONLY play with this toy! Not catnip mice, not crinkle balls, not kickers, JUST this silly bee! Unfortunately, my grandparents got a puppy that ALSO likes these bees, specifically to shred them, so I need to buy 6 every week or two just so he has something to play with, and only when the pup is in bed, but it’s such a joy to see my Moonlight chasing them!
