Could not stand up to the rigors of enclosing the laundry closet
I bought these doors to replace wooden doors of a similar appearance in front of my laundry closet in the hallway of my condo. They are made from a plastic, PVC or similar material. They look fine, but the material is not rigid enough and the hinge-bolts are not secured into the door sufficiently that they are starting to break-away from the door. This is after about a year of use. Within the next few months, I will likely have to go to the hardware store and buy wooden doors so that they will last. If the side of the door with the hinge components was made of a stronger material and the hinge pieces were secured to the door panel better, they would probably have received 4 stars. The 5th star would have required them to not look so plastic by having a wood-like grain added for a better appearance. Probably would have lasted only a week if there were kids in the house.
