This is good quality and doesn't slip like my rubber ones. I went up in the heaviness so I am still trying to get used to it for certain exercises. I would recommend buying multiple sizes/heaviness! I am going to buy the others, tired of the rubber ones slipping on my sweat! ;)oh and the color is spot on, pretty!

I though this band would be quite a bit stronger. The legs are a strong muscle group, and I feel like I’d need two bands to do certain movements. I’ll be using this band for warmups before going to something heavier.

I was excited for these but unfortunately the band is extremely large, and not very stretchy at all. Really sad because I was hoping these would work and they don’t. I like the color variety though.

I had rubber bands and they would rise that is why I bought a fabric band. I got the blue bands and I wish I could have gone smaller. I am 5’3 110lbs, so I would need a smaller one. But no complaints on my end honestly.

This resistance band is amazing. I used it today and I got the most out of my workout. I would definitely recommend this.
