Great solution! 2018 Civic Type-R
I was unhappy with the stock front pads because they squeaked constantly when coming to a slow stop. Instead of enjoying my otherwise awesome Civic Type-R, I found myself feeling irritated as I drove around town. Perhaps the squeaky track pads don't bother some people, but I was not able to accept it.The good news? I had these pads (Hawk HB453B.585) installed and all the noise is gone! Additionally, there seems to be less initial dust than the stock pads had and I haven't been able to discern any downgrade in braking ability.Note: Amazon claims these pads don't fit a 2018 Civic Type-R but that is incorrect. They fit fine for the front brakes and are a great alternative to the stock pads.

Best pads I ever owned! ....they will not be for everyone...
These Hawk pads replaced a set of EBC Red stuff and they outperform the EBC pads by a mile! Specially, when you are talking about hard braking from 80+ mph.Pads were installed on a 2002 Audi A6 daily driver. The car has an upgraded Brembo front caliper setup (larger 4 piston) and 330mm rotors, with stainless lines. The low speed (in town) bite is pretty strong (could be on the harsh side until you get used to them) and this is where a lot of people will probably not like them for daily driving (which I guess they are not intended for in the first place). They definitely took some getting used to ;-)BUT...When you are on the freeway and you need to stop, these pads will blow your socks off. The only thing you have to be careful of, is the clown behind you that does not have the same ability to stop..... My mechanic made fun of the "racecar bite" after he drove it and all I could say is... I love it! lolAnother note.... they are NOISY, and again.... they are not intended for daily driving, so that is to be expected. I do not mind the occasional squeal so it really does not bother me.I read a review (on here) where someone stated these are overkill for daily driving, which is probably true, but... in my opinion, that greatly depends on what a driver considers to be “spirited / aggressive driving" and what they consider to be "high speed braking".. If you rarely exceed freeway speed limits or never go over 80 mph, you will not need these pads.If you do some “occasional” high speed “travel”, these will make you a safer speeder… ;-)

Bites hard and less brake dust!!!
Easy to install on my 2019 Honda Accord using Hyundai Genesis Brembo brakes. It came with grease as well. Just make sure you clean everything before applying the grease to applicable parts. I broke the pads in using their instructions and now they stop on a dime. No weird noises and much less brake dust.

I love these pads for 4 reasons
Used on EVO X '15 (Mitsubishi Evolution 2015). I love these pads for 4 reasons:1. They eliminated the OEM Brembo pad squeal. My brakes are completely quiet now. Now everyone doesn't stare at me when I come to a stop.2. They generated SIGNIFICANTLY less brake dust that the OEM brake pads. My word, seriously, I can't say enough about how much less brake dust there is compared to OEM.3. I brake with confidence. These baby's have force behind them. They inspire confidence when my foot touches the brake pedal.4. They were easy to install and came with instructions. I've never changed brake pads in my life before these ones, and all you really need besides normal tools is a good "Roll Pin Punch." (Look up cheap sets on amazon).Definitely will be going with Hawk pads again, couldn't be happier.

Pedal feel is great and they seem to have better bite
I purchased these pads to go along with Centric High Carbon 125 rotors. Pedal feel is great and they seem to have better bite. I changed only the front rotors and pads and kept the stocks on the rear since they didn't need to be replaced yet. Thus i can compare noise level and dust. These have slightly more noise than stocks and they have noticeably more dust than stocks. That's not to say they produce an enormous amount of dust, just that compared to stocks, it is more. I normally clean my wheels every 2 weeks but could get away with waiting 3 weeks. With these news pads and rotors I HAVE to clean them every 2 weeks to keep them looking presentable. Overall I am happy with these and will buy the same combination when it is time to replace the rears, but i will have to clean them more often.EDIT: After having these for 11 months, I have more thoughts. The pedal has become softer, and the initial bite isn't as good as it used to be. However they still have excellent stopping power. I routinely find myself stopping in a shorter distance than I anticipated with not much petal effort. It's hard to explain, but when you apply the brakes you can sense when you'll come to a stop and adjust the pressure to the brakes accordingly. With this setup I end up overestimating when I'll come to a stop. That's how good they are.

Great pads
Installed on my daily driven 2006 Mitsubishi Evoulution IX MR. Great bite, barely any break in needed, and best of all, CLEAN!! Little to no brake dust and super long lasting. Good for anyone with light colored wheels. These will forever be my go-to brake pads HAWK PADS For the win!!!

Pair with Quality Rotors for best results
I have a 2017 Subaru STI and ran these for a while with stock rotors. They performed better than the stock pads but not a huge difference. Paired these with some upgraded slotted rotors and there is a huge difference in stopping distance now. When cold, there is a noticeable difference in performance compared to when they get warmed up; but if it doesnt take long for the pads to heat up and give you the braking power you crave. Im to the point my brake/rotor setup out performs what my current tires can handle. As for noise from the pads, anyone complaining about it either isnt using the supplied grease or is not thoroughly cleaning the calipers when they change out the pads each time. Only noise i get is during intial bedding process.
