I used these to pierce my angel fangs and there are are plenty of lengths to accommodate swelling and decreasing. They are a great quality for the price, and the balls aren't loose at all. If anyone is wondering they are externally threaded.edit: these only come with one size per pack, so if you're using these for double piercings (eyebrows, angel fangs etc.) you would need two buy 2

A little longer than I realize, but that may be my fault for not reading all the details. Purchased for my rook piercing. Great quality metal doesn't irritate my ear at all just a little long for the spot I put it in.

Very classy look easy to insert and take out comfortable wish the bar size wasn't so long but does the job durability is there love the colors doesn't Fall out.

I'm using mine in my naval piercing with no problems. It was super easy to put in, I do wish I would have gotten a larger gauge. For the money I saved here I could order another set!

These fit my rook and conch piercing well as far as gauge - but the jewels began to fall of and the ball came off entirely. I understand this happens with any threaded jewelry, BUT this one left the threads behind so I had to use my hemostats to get it out. It could have just been a freak thing, but it them happened AGAIN. I loved the extra jewels and sparkle, but would likely not purchase again do to my experience with the threads remaining.

I like them! The only issue is they are a bit long.
