Excellent for working with two screens
Amazing. I can finally use two screens for work. I have a newer laptop and and older monitor. I called customer service and they Kindly directed me to this cord. It is great.

Working fine with my 2012 Mac Mini
A real pleasure to buy something that works first time, as advertised and without problem. This is connecting my Mac Mini to a VGA-only screen, freeing up the Thunderbolt port to connect a UAD audio interface. Admittedly I lose a USB port to supply power to for the cable but that's a small price to pay for something that works on Mac kit.
