As someone who spends long hours at a desk and has been struggling with a bad back, I decided it was time to invest in a standing desk solution. After some research, I opted for the VIVO 107 cm Desk Converter, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I'm giving it a full 5 stars! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed. The setup was incredibly straightforward. I was a bit worried I'd be spending my afternoon with complicated instructions and a bag full of screws, but it was practically ready to use straight out of the box. All I had to do was attach the keyboard tray, which took less than 10 minutes. The main reason for buying this was to have the flexibility to switch between sitting and standing, and I'm hoping this will make a real difference to my back pain. The mechanism for raising and lowering the desk is brilliant. It's assisted by gas springs, so it requires very little effort to lift, even with my large monitor, laptop, speakers, and other bits and pieces on it. A simple squeeze of the handle on the side, and it glides up or down to the desired height smoothly and quietly. The build quality feels really solid and stable, both in the sitting and standing positions. There's no wobble, which was a key concern for me. The surface area is generous; as you can see from my pictures, it easily accommodates my widescreen monitor and laptop, with plenty of space left over. The separate keyboard and mouse tray is also a great feature, as it keeps my typing posture comfortable and ergonomic. Overall, I can't recommend this desk converter enough. It's a high-quality, well-designed, and easy-to-use piece of kit that has transformed my workspace. If you're looking for an affordable and effective way to create a sit-stand setup, look no further.

Best purchase I've made on Amazon. I've been wanting a standing desk for a while and this really does the job well. I have a large screen (32") as I am a photo and video editor, and this is a great size to hold it. It lifts up quite tall too. I'm 5ft1 so I don't need it mega high, but my partner is 6ft and even he can use it comfortably and at the right height. Easy to set up, easy to use and great quality. Just what I needed.

Its solid and it works well. A bit stiff to push down. It's big but just fits monitor and laptop. One thing that would make it better is if the ledge for the keyboard slid in. It doesn't and sticks out proud of the main shelf all the time. This shelf also just fits keyboard and mouse with no room for a mouse mat. I would recommend despite the niggles.

Good quality for the price, easy to set up. It was a bit wobbly but once monitors and equipment was put on it was very steady. Works great.

It's not perfect, but still gets five stars for doing a great job at a very reasonable price. The good: well designed and hydraulic arm and cable seem to be sturdy and function well. Easy to use at different heights and also to close and store. Not so good: 1. Shelf for keyboard doesn't retract, so sticks out a lot and gets in the way. I have removed it (you have to screw it on anyway when it arrives) and just put my laptop stand on it (and monitor stand too when needed). I'm over 6 ft and this works fine. 2. Surface of the desk is shiny - things can move or slip off it easily. If facing a window light/sunshine/glare reflects off it. Also worth noting - it takes a bit of welly to get the desk down because of the hydraulic arm. So if you are short and frail this may not be the best option for you. But overall I think it's fab!

Great for working from home when no room for a full desk. Table top ideal

Perfect standing desk for my home office. I was conscious that I was sat down for too long when working from home so got this after reading the reviews. Incredibly easy to set up with easy to follow instructions. It has a weight limit, and I’ve got a fairly heavy Phillips 32” monitor, but I checked the weight of the monitor before purchasing this and it was within the weight guidelines with capacity to spare. It’s so easy to lower and higher the platform .. even with the weight of the monitor - just make sure you’re stood right next to it not bending forward towards it, or you could hurt your back. I stand behind the platform which is close to the edge of the desk, put my left hand on the handle, my right hand further along the back of the platform and whilst squeezing the handle, use that and my right hand to gently lift it up. The hydraulics help immensely. When putting it back down at the end of the day I just make sure that my keyboard cable (which is clipped to the underside of the platform with the provided clips) is clear of the metal frame so it doesn’t get trapped when the platform lowers. To lower it just squeeze the handle, give a little push and down it goes with ease. You can adjust the height to anything you want (obviously within the perameters set) but I’ve found this goes high enough for me (at 5’5) and it does go even higher than that. Build quality is excellent and doesn’t take up much more footprint on the desk than my monitor/laptop/keyboard setup did. Would recommend for those who want to alternate between sitting and standing during the day. I’m not sure if there is a “shelf life” for the hydraulics system but I guess time will tell. Excellent value for money.

Great item, easily adjusted, nice finish on the material. One thing (my personal opinion) would be a tiny bit more support for the bottom shelf.

Great product! I hardly write reviews, but this product is just really good! It works great, you can easily put it up and down, the quality is really nice, and the price is really affordable if you compare it to a standing desk. Recommended!

I was looking to get an electric stand up desk and then saw these desktop options and decided to try this one. I was worried about how stable it would feel, but after using it for about a month now, I have no concerns about that at all. I find this unit to be well constructed and the base/legs that it sits on is large enough so it still feels solid when fully raised. This unit was easy to assemble by myself and is easy to raise and lower. I am 6' tall and this unit gets to a height that is comfortable for me to work at when standing. I ordered the 32" version and it can accommodate my laptop and 21" monitor. It could probably handle a slightly larger monitor. The keyboard tray has plenty of room for a full keyboard and mouse. The 32" version is definitely 32" wide. I was having some difficulty trying to find the real depth of the unit. The desk I am using is 23.5" deep. This 32" unit is actually a bit deeper than that at 24", but the base that sits on the desk is only 16" so it sits solidly on my desk and the keyboard tray just overhangs a little bit. If you already have a solid desk and want a stand up desk, then I would highly recommend this unit. It is much more affordable than an electric stand up desk.

It worked as expected. I have 2 screens and the laptop in the middle and it fits. Super easy to install. No issues rising the desk.it is smooth despite the weight.

J'aime beaucoup ce support réglable en hauteur. Attention aux dimensions. Par étourderie j'ai pris celui qui peut accueillir 2 ordinateurs portables ou 2 écrans. Il est envahissant, prévoir de la place. S'il doit etre déplacé, il est un peu lourd. Pas de retour à faire car je peux prendre des notes. Installation facile. Attention aux 2 amortisseurs qu'il convient de placer au bon endroit ( erreur sur notice). Bonne qualité. Longévité sera appréciée à l'usage. NB: se glisse derrière une porte ou sous un lit.
