Got this for my wife's car, and overall, we are very happy with it.... The picture is crystal clear, even at night.... Granted, the IR vision leaves a lot to be desired, but it's not like we're going hunting with it.... It's a backup camera.... For when she's going in reverse..... Night vision is a non issue for those 15-30 seconds it takes to back out of the parking spot..... But as you can see in the picture, it's not even really necessary as most parking lots are fairly well lit..... Installation was straightforward, since this was a replacement for the junk camera that came with her stereo (or at least it would have been if I had used the license plate mounting hardware, but she drives a Ford Escape, and it would've been a real PITA to run the wiring through the liftgate to reach the plates..... So I used my trusty Dremel to flush mount the camera in the bumper, just above the hitch receiver ((see pic))Our only complaint, is that twice now the camera has just stopped working.... The first time was only for a couple hours, and it righted itself...... but this past weekend, it stopped working for a few days.... Thursday night, it just didn't come on when I was backing out of the driveway, and it didn't come on again until yesterday morning! I went through and checked all the connections, settings, etc, and everything was as it should be.... Just no picture.... The stereo just acted like "what camera?"..... As confusing as this is, I don't think, at this price point, it's a major detractor..... I wouldn't mind speaking with one of their techs about it, though, because I'm hoping they were isolated issues, but if not...............All in all, if you're on the fence about it, you should just pull the trigger..... It's a good camera, and like I said.... How much time do you really spend in reverse, anyway?Just my $.02

I needed a replacement from an old different reverse camera that had Lense damage (different product)Pros: easy to install took me 5 minutes since I had hardware already in, literally plug and play if you have power and video. Nice fitment, decent quality, could be happy to not have the logo on the outside and possibly a metal finish but not bad quality. Love the distance lines and easy to move camera.Cons: for $20.00 not much to say for the bass so that’s good but there are some draw backs. One this product does not have a good F stop and if there isn’t light the camera at night is not good, the little lights don’t work, quality for day is subpar not HD or 4k, and is a little fuzzy.Last if you have LED license plate lights this will obstruct the visuals and at night makes this quality 5-10.Recommend if you are on a budget and need a replacement also I recommend you get the full license plate cover because the half is starting to bug my OCD

Impressive with the price n image quality of the backup camera.Very easy to wire up, clean image.At night its great.Although the only complaint I have is the that LED will come on all the time at night blocking the license place view from behing. But seller stated its built in into camera to turn on at night.But solution is to get power from backup light. So it only turns on when backing up.Great seller n very fast response when contacted.Will definitely recommend seller.

absolute trash, I've had two . One broke after a year the other was dead right out of the box and led me on a 90 minute goose chase through my new dash kit trying to figure out what I did wrong only to find out the freaking camera is deader than julius caesar
