Honey with Thyme, Orino, 900g can

Magical honey! I had honey in Greece, up in a mountain village where the bees collect pollen from wild thyme, oregano, marjoram so many other wild herbs. You can taste the difference in this honey, it’s not just sweet it has so much flavor. And something else maybe more unexpected because of the arid climate, Greek honey is a little less runny than a run of the mill clover honey from your supermarket. If you love honey you will love Greek honey. Also the price for this is very good.

I’ve bought this honey a few times now, always good quality and always tasty! I like the container for it as well and I’ll keep getting my Greek honey here!

I'm hooked on this honey now. Use it in my greek mountain tea and my oatmeal also love it in my yogurt. Can was a little bent does not effect the honey.

The Orino (Greek) Honey is my favorite!I like the thickness of the honey, as it's easier to stick on the Greek desserts, like Melomakarona, Loukoumades, Baklavas, etc... and I love the "kehribarenio" color that it has!But when I've got my last order, I've notice that the tin was way smaller than the previous tin I had, even though it had the 900g (31.7oz) printed on it. And the quality wasn't the same either... this time it was more thinner and kind of bitter, leaving a "burn" feeling in my mouth and it shouldn't be this way.!

Delicious and much less expensive than buying in smaller quantities.I use a little squeeze on my greek yogurt over fruit every morning for breakfast. It gives just enough sweetness without the sugary flavor of pre-sweetened yogurts.I enjoy the greek yogurt flavor more than other honeys because it I feel it has a hint of savoriness to it giving it a little more character.Although very well packed and still usable, both cans arrived with dents in them. I'm only pointing this out because I ordered two of these intending to give one as a gift. I don't mind a dented can in my pantry, but hated to give a gift that looked damaged.** A winning tip to prevent crystalization. Mix in a small amount of Karo Corn Syrup (a tbsp or two for this can) and this changes the makeup of the honey and magically prevents any crystals from forming without affecting the taste or consistency.

This honey is good but it was damage when delivered, the container was dented and has leakage. This product should have been bubble wrap when delivered

Nice and thick. Delicious. Can was damaged on arrival but no leakage.
