Life-changing!
I decided to try these fabric resistance bands after a long and tumultuous relationship with their rubber counterparts and let me tell you: they are life-changing! I no longer have to stop mid-exercise to unroll bands or stop altogether because my band broke -- these bands are durable and stay put while I exercise, allowing me to get the most out of my workouts. I've been using them for a little over two weeks with the Sweat app's PWR At Home program, and have already felt (and am just starting to see) a legitimate difference in their power over rubber bands. Good resistance bands that stay in place!
They have a large amount of resistance that makes my muscles really work! I like the material that they’re made of because the bands stay in place and don’t roll at all. Overall a good purchase that I will use a lot. They do have a funny smell though, but I can get over it or wash them.

Exactly what I needed!
I needed some resistance bands for my MommaStrong workouts and these get the job done perfectly without ant worry about them sliding out of place. I really appreciate it coming in 3 different sizes so as I lose the weight 🤞 I can start to downsize, but also my toddler LOVES to "use" one just like mommy's to "workout" with me!

Perfect bands for leg day!
I love these resistance bands! They add so much to leg day! They don’t pinch or roll. You can just focus on your muscles and not worry about the band moving out of place or rolling. Great product!

They don’t roll!
So much better than traditional elastic bands! These stay in place and don’t roll. The only downside was that I find them tighter than plastic bands.
