Floor Scrubber/Polisher

I recently purchased a Motor Scrubber for my dad’s birthday present as he is always complaining about how filthy our boat gets while docked. I had a wonderful experience and my dad has already used this twice to clean the boat! He can’t stop raving about how easy it is to use on all of the weird angles of the boat and I think he’s still pretty in shock that it can clean the bottom of the boat while still in the water (the battery is a low volt). Although I haven’t used the Motor Scrubber, I did have a really great experience while purchasing it that I thought was worth writing about. I don’t know much (really anything) about floor/cleaning machines and I had a lot of questions before making my purchase. I found their website, [...] and while it was helpful, I did end up calling their Reading headquarters to get a little more information. Apparently, the original site I found, [...], is not their official website which can get confusing, but if you google ‘Motor Scrubber’ their real website (reading consumer product) will pop up. Anyway, customer service was super helpful in answering all of my questions and quickly getting me in contact with my local distributor. I’ll be interested to see how the Motor Scrubber holds up to my dad’s use (I really think he’s going to use it at least 30 times this summer) but so far, so good!!

The previous review makes little sence which is why I wanted to address it.The moto scrubbrer is a fantastic tool if you need a high torque, low speed,lightweight, submersible, extendable unit. It has many options for heads from fluffy long bristled, to course nylon. The thing is fantastic. As far as customer service. I have practically rebuilt mine twice in 7 years ( I use it all the time in my business,and to put a quick polish or buff up my car). I have simply used it extensivley, it fills a gap in one's ability to clean and scrub with out using tons of elbow grease and wearing ones self out. Customer service: I called and got what I was the head honcho and he answered while driving his car. I cannot say enough about this tool. I will not let anyone know about it in my industry cause I hope they all wear themselves out.P.s. you cannot clean carpet with this tool. Call a certified independent local guy for that.
