Will this tool cut motor shafts?

if the diameter is less than 1 inch it should with the right cutting wheel. The charge does not last very long so be aware that the job might take longer than if you had a larger corded cutter. Also with a 3 inch wheel, the deepest you can go is about an inch anyway. Hope this answers your question.
