Cali'flour Pastas (Spaghetti, 6 PACK)

My husband just found out he is sensitive to gluten, dairy, almonds, and eggs - yikes! I was thinking about making chicken noodle soup, but what kind of noodle could I add easily? I found these and have been very impressed. They boiled well and held their shape. They have a good texture and I really thought that they tasted fine even without additions. I wish this was lower carb, but you can't have everything. I also have little kids and enjoy that they are getting vegetables (which they do like anyway) while scarfing down pasta. I look forward to more products from this company.

We received 8 oz boxes instead of our normal 12 oz bags for the same price. I ordered the bags as we always do and have been for months. The photos of the item were in the bags but smaller boxes were delivered with much less pasta. Please confirm what’s going on Califlour foods we love your product, but we want the bags like we ordered!

It was a pretty good substitute for pasta. After all, with tomato sauce and cheese, everything tastes good.

Love the flavor & texture. I boil for 1 - 2 minutes less time than recommended if I'm going to be adding spaghetti sauce to ensure they don't get gummy or fall apart.

When these are cooked they are very similar to al dente pasta. It's not like real pasta, but pretty good with some sauce.

Maybe I used the wrong kind of sauce, but I barely could eat it.... is there a recipe that goes well with this type of pasta?
