RepairBox 72-Pin Connector for NES

The main problem I have with this connector is that it's too tight. Games have to be forced into the connector, and once plugged in, they're very tough to remove.I had hoped the connector might ease up a bit as I used it more, but I lost patience with that, and went back to my old connector instead. After bending the old connector's pins I got it working a bit more reliably again.One other problem I had with this connector is that the pins actually got pushed out of position, causing the connector to fail. To correct that I had to open the NES again and push the pins back into position. The pins are designed to lock into place, so this shouldn't happen. Maybe the plastic that holds the pins in position was slightly too thin, or maybe the metal tabs that are supposed to lock the pins in position weren't elevated enough...So far it seems to me I'm better off repairing my original connector rather than replacing it with one of these. Being almost entirely unable to remove cartridges when the connector is actually installed in the NES kind of defeats the purpose.

I bought 2 of these based on the price. the price was the lowest i found and that is probably because there is no fancy packaging it comes in. removed from the plastic and it snapped right into place once i got the only pin connector out. just remember since this is a new one it does take some force to get ur games into it.

It came quick enough, but didn't work. Was super a super tight fit on the game's and did nothing. Cleaned up the old one and worked much better.

Arrived on time- the product works but is very tight- it's almost impossible to take the game in and out. We are hoping it will loosen up with continued use.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!It Was so tight, I couldnt put the game cartridge in. I forced it in (mistake). The game that flashed at me with the old pin connector, only gave me a grey screen with the new one. Removing the game was a 5 minute struggle.

Cheap piece of junk from China, not the RepairBox one as claimed.

Plastic mold was bent and pins were too tight had to take my nes case back off to get my game out. Very disapointed
