Great Quality Book!
The media could not be loaded. The cover is padded so it's comfortable to hold. 156 pages with 9 different stories. The illustrations are colorful and printed on a heavier stock paper. Bought this for my 4 year old nephew who loves books and super heroes.

Fun book for kids
This is a good fun book for kids. Takes about 5 minutes to read each story like the title says. It mixes in as many characters from the comic books that they can and has big colorful drawings. We read it to our kiddo and he sometimes reads it by himself. Easy to follow along for kids. The book itself is made of good thick padded cover and each page is well glued. Been about a month and hasn't come apart yet so good so far.

Convenient Collection
5 minute story collections are great. Super convenient for pulling out at bedtime and reading a couple. This one definitely has some overlap with the old release with the same title, but also some stories that weren't in there. You can compare the table of contents of this with anything you might already have using the photo attached. Overall, worth getting in my opinion. My kids are girls and they still like Batman, and all the girl bad guys.

Perfect for toddlers
I bought this for a toddler to put inside a Batman backpack as a gift. I was worried the pictures wouldn’t be appropriate. But I wanted to post some pictures in case anyone else was concerned. There is violence—it’s Batman! But the women aren’t portrayed as sex symbols. I haven’t read the stories but the hero’s I’m sure always get the bad people. I’m sure he will like this book and backpack. Yes the 12inch pack comes with a Velcro cape!! Perfect for my 2 year old boy!!

Love that there’s several stories in one
My 3 year old loves all the 5-minute stories books because he knows we can read one before bedtime and he can look ahead for the next day. These are great. Short and perfect amount of time for a toddler to sit through a story without getting all fidgety.

Is your child obsessed with Batman?
I can read this entire book in one bedtime story, but it's a marathon. This is A LOT of Batman, complete with both Robin and Nightwing, as well as both Batwoman and Batgirl, so my son is bannanas for this book to the point that we almost want to hide it because it's just so much Batman. So, if you want a ton of Batman, this is a one-stop shop. The stories are five minutes, as advertised, though I will admit as a writer myself it sometimes reads like the story was over a few pages ago but they stretched the plot in service of the word count, and the book is not very well edited in general. Also, if you are not familiar with the format for this 5-minute series, they are a bit bulky if you are used to holding a book in the air a bit to read, or resting it against a small child. It might be too much for those usages. If your kid likes the Lego version of Batman as well, I honestly think the 5-Minute DC Lego storybook just might be a little more fun than this one, but the art in this Batman book is fantastic. I just wish they would have worked off of established stories in a smoother way like the Star Wars 5-Minute stories. This is our third in the 5-min series. These are all three books we are likely to wear out from repeated use, but they are certainly not created equal. The art is always awesome, but the writing is not always awesome. On a sidenote: Cover up the first page of the next story with your hand when you get to the last page of each story, or your kid will take the bait and make you read the whole thing. It's tricky how they made all the 5-minute stories end on a 1/2 page.
