Works as advertised, substantial metal, chrome. Slides in and out easily

Fit perfectly. Would recommend using something better than regular scissors and measure and mark. That's just user error on my part. Other than that. Love it! We recently redid our kitchen (big leak) so of course now I'm a little extra with my kitchen wear. We installed our dishwasher, fittings weren't just right and of course, we ended up with low leak. We caught it in time, and what got soaked was the liner not my cabinet. So 😊.

Apparatus slides easily. Towel holder arms are quite short but ok for my laundry room setting.

The location of the mounting holes could be better. It is difficult to get access to some of them; the slider mechanism gets in the way. Installation is not easy.The sliding action of the towel bar could also be smoother. It's kind of rough. Also short- it does not slide out very far.I would probably buy it again, but it's not a great value at $25.

I had one for over twenty years and had to replace it as the bearings wore out. this one is a better item, however I wish it were longer. It doesn't come out of the cabinet enough.

Bought it in March 2013 when I remodeled my kitchen.Use it several times a day to hang the kitchen towels.Still works perfect and Stainless Steel is good. No signs of fading or rust.

Excellent. Could pull out a couple more inches, though.

Had bought this item before in the 3 bar model and liked it. This one has only two bars but will probably buy another one for the other side of the cabinet since it is so low profile.
