Paper Pieced Modern: 13 Stunning Quilts • Step-by-Step Visual Guide

I have just started to read it and it is making sense on how to do paper piecing. Great i structions and has nice quality pictures. I really want to make this quilt. I am a newbie at paper piecing.

Can't wait to get started on these projects! I am new to this type of quilting even though I have been doing it for 46 years.

Looks like a very interesting book. I have a collection of black/white fabrics that I think I can use with the cool water pattern in this book.

I fell in love with the Faceted Jewels design the first time I saw it. The book has excellent directions for paperpiecing sharp angles to make sure your fabric covers the space. It is something I have struggled with in the past, but now have a fool proof technique to follow.

Love this! The patterns in the back are large! Which is great! It's much easier to shrink them than enlarge, at least for me. I saw the cover quilt done as a mini and knew immediately I needed this book. It's got several great patterns that I've seen making the rounds in the cool kids quilt circles. Also several other patterns that are great. I added 6 pictures of the ones I like the best.

I tweaked her book and used made templates for the guilt instead of using paper. It seemed like it was too many steps. The outcome is still a gorgeous abstract quilt.

I like these quilts, and the book overall. It would be nice if some of the quilts were larger. The patterns were printed on both sides of the paper, and it would be nice if they were separate so some wouldn't be destroyed when you used the patterns on the back.

I like the patterns in this book and look forward to trying them!

This was on my amazon wish list for a number of years I finally broke down and bought it as I love the quilt on the front cover, easily has 3 or 4 patterns that I woudln't mind making. Value for money is a good deal. Highly recommend it if you are thinking about it.
