What type of package are these in? Does it say used? Reason for asking is this a gift.

They just came in a cardboard box, not what I would call gift rapping. They said they where used, but these balls were used a lot and several where marked with Practice and X-Out

Can i order titleist balls with just 1 number like a dozen Titleist 7?

yes, but not at this price. I'm daved18 on ebay and I can send you as many number #7 as you would like. My listings on Amazon are for the older less expensive versions of the ProV1. If you don't care about getting ProV1 I may have a dozen of the velocity or trusoft in number 7.
