The first bottle I received, the pump did not seem to work well so I was not happy. I liked the way the shampoo made my hair feel, however. My hair felt very soft. I'm not crazy about the smell - I believe it's like coconuts but I'm not good with smells.After trying some other affordable sulfate-free shampoos and not being happy with the smell (too perfumey) or the consistency (too watery) or how they made my hair feel (very dry), I decided to give this one another go. I AM SO GLAD I DID!I've ordered multiple bottles since the first one and had no problems with the pump since then so that first one must have been a fluke or something. While I am not crazy about the smell, like I said, this is the only affordable sulfate-free shampoo I have found that makes my hair feel soft, not frizzy, not dry, it's not watery, it doesn't smelly perfumey, and I will continue buying it! I love how my hair feels with this!

Its so worth to purchase this shampoo, had amazing benefits using this shampoo, my hair became super smooth and shiny within two uses.I liked it and only should have a RUSK products in home.The onky thing i faced the issue like many was, i received the leaked shampoo bottle with no proper product packing.However, with great customer service, I got a successful replacement and now its all good !

For a $30 conditioner I'd like to have all of it in the bottle...not in the plastic bag it's in..tighten the cap!!

I love this shampoo! Was shipped with top taped, wrapped in bubble wrap, with packing material and arrived 100%! Unlike the conditioner, which was thrown in a box and leaked.

One of the best products I found for every day use. Doesn’t take much, keeps hair in great condition. Great value for quality and quantity of product.

I love the scent of the shampoo and conditioner. Extremely disappointed in the packaging. The lid became unscrewed on the shampoo and needless to say it covered the entire box with shampoo. Not much left in the bottle. They both have pump dispensers and the conditioner must have been pushing up against the box during shipping so the same with that one. I spent a lot of money for about 1/2 bottle each of product. Have not tried either yet.

This conditioner is very poor compared to the old when it comes to detangling thin hair. It's even worse on heavy hair.
