Pretty good sushi mat
The silicone on this set is very good feeling. The chopsticks that come with the set aren't really the greatest for holding onto sushi, but it was a nice touch that they were thrown in. The spatula works just as well as any spatula does. The crowning feature however is the sushi rolling mat. The ease at which this mat rolls up the sushi and keeps it together is awesome and it works perfectly. If you don't want to go through the hassle of always covering the mat with plastic wrap then this set would be perfect for you.

No idea how flexible this product would be when I first ordered it. The mat is quite flexible. The chopsticks are you flexible but not as flexible as I thought they would be they are stiff. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

Not great.
Mediocre quality at best. The chopsticks are cheap and bend easily. The mat... works. There is not structure to the mat like in a traditional bamboo mat, so rolls come out uneven. The spatula is okay.

Everything You need
Full set of everything you need to make sushi. Mat makes rolls very tight, and is easy to clean. Not impressed with the silicone chopsticks, but I'm not a chopstick expert.

it's a nice little set
Overall, it's a nice little set. I miss the rigidity of conventional roller. With the flexible nature of the mat, I found I needed to be more careful with where I placed my fingers while squeezing the roll.The mat isn't dishwasher safe which makes cleanup more of hassle than I could have been.

Product worked well to roll sushi. Only got one use out of it, the mat ripped in half when shaking water off after washing.

Too flexible.
This does not have the structure of a true bamboo or plastic stick mat so it cannot hold a proper round form. I do not know why it is any better than a sheet of rubber.
