Every amino acid has a unique flavor, so when they are blended like this the resulting taste is strange. Kind of like a fishy, sulfury, sweet, salty taste. I mix it in with other dietary powders and oils, so I don't mind it at all. I also like that since it is so pure, you're able to let it dissolve under your tongue. Kind of hard to fully dissolve in water, but I prefer to do that anyways. Room-temp water helps with that. This is truly a great pure & hypoallergenic amino acid supplement. Best I can find online!

I have an auto-immune disease, Hypo Thyroid and low hgh (Pituitary) and my Dr.ordered these for me. I was losing my hair and my nails were weak and I had constipation and muscle loss. This works! I take everyday. A lot cheaper here than at my Dr.'s office too! Really doesn't have much of a taste, just mix with a beverage or smoothie.

High quality and easy to use. This is a staple in my daily protocol now. I like this brand because the products are superior and they work.

One of the main reason's I purchased this was for the D\L Phenylalanine etc. & it's not even in the formula. A waist of money. Sorry for the review.Rha

I had high hopes for this product, but after taking it for three days I decided to stop. First, this product does not look like normal free form amino acids. It is red and has an ungodly smell. The taste is worse. Every amino acid powder I have ever taken has been crystalline white with little to no smell or taste. Further, there is no information on the bottle to explain any of the unusual characteristics of this product. No allergen warning either. Nor is there an info line to call. Two emails sent through another retailor elicited no response from the company. A week has gone by and I doubt I will get an answer. In any event, I stopped taking it due to headaches which I rarely get but got every day I took this product. I gave this review a second star but only because I have tried their other product lines and it is much better than this. For the price you can do a lot better.

While the taste is horrible, I find these amino acids really work in boosting my mood!

This is helping very much. Not an unpleasant flavor, and having once been a vegan I'm horribly lacking in amino acids.
